Elia started his career in 1987 in Lebanon. In 1992, Elia continued his education in Paris where he devoted himself to learning the highest standards in the industry while working under top hairdressers including Jean Louis Deforges and Frank Rush. He won several awards while working and studying in Paris, including 1997 C.A.T. International Haircutting Competition.
In 1999 Elia moved to Los Angeles, completing his education by attending several academies such as Vidal Sassoon. A master at his craft, a trend setter, and true style maker, Elia has won many awards, including Finalist Davines Hair Company’s North American show in 2002 and Discovery TV makeover show in 2004.
Later, in 2005, Elia created a unique gallery design within his very own business, Salon True. Elia is a true visionary whose devotion to setting the highest standards is highlighted by his ability to prove styling to be a true art.
A 25 year career was inspired by a young love for hair and beauty. Christina cites always helping her friends get ready for school dances and attributes that as the start for her passion. Helping friends quickly evolved into helping celebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Eva Longoria, and Brittany Murphy as well as being a reliable hand on set for shows like America’s Next Top Model, The Biggest Loser, and Oprah. Christina knows the value of a makeover and specializes in color and color corrections that are beautifully complemented by her skillful cuts and textured stylings.
Jared began his hair career at The Aveda Institute Los Angeles and then quickly set his sights on Beverly Hills. He soon began a rigorous advanced training program at the iconic Juan Juan Salon in Beverly Hills, where he developed an exceptional sense for the most natural looking hair color. Jared creates highlights using the French freehand technique of Balayage. He loves to create natural hair color that adds movement and texture to the hair while incorporating just the right tones to make his clients’ skin glow.
Formally trained at the Tony&Guy Hairdressing Academy in Santa Monica, Jennifer “JD” Audeon has tackled a generation of young starlets with her talent. Jennifer has spent years cultivating her craft, and the Los Angeles beauty scene has taken notice. She has worked with several known celebrities and musicians and is very active in the editorial world.
Ever began his career four years ago and graduated from Paul Mitchell The School where he continued there as an educator, sharing his passion within hair to all of his students.

Kimberly is a youthful trend-setter, celebrated for her unique styles & vibrant colors. With over 16 years in the industry, Annie is a Colour, Balayage and Extension Specialist. She started her career in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she first realized her unique eye for beauty and glamour at the young age of 16 years old. Since then, she has refined and perfected her balayage technique, all the while working on Hollywood’s A- list celebrities, designers and bloggers alike – including Selma Hayek, Kate Walsh, Gigi Hadid, and Bella Hadid.
Annie is known not only for her extremely natural sun-kissed balayage highlights, but also for the dimension of her ravishing redheads and the deep, delicious locks of her brunette clients. During his career, he perfected his talent to help people feel and look better every day. Gil’s European and Israeli training shaped him to be a true artist in his field, combining European sophistication and Israeli attention to detail in order to create a unique style of his own and offer his clients the best of the best.

After graduating from FIDM, she jumpstarted a 10 year career in the latter and geared her focus toward accessories. That focus evolved as she came to believe that hair is one of the greatest accessories of all and ultimately switched career paths in 2017. Her expansive experience across the two industries have culminated in a love for total makeovers, something she can promise to any client who is looking for a change.
Shannon grew up knowing there was a place for her behind the chair. Since she became licensed in 1994, the chemistry of hair coloring has excited her, while the reactions of her clients have given her a sense of fulfillment. After a period of time spent styling clients for photo shoots and music videos, Shannon decided to return to her place behind the chair, where she has since continued to collect a loyal clientele.
In addition to being a REDKEN trained Master Colorist, Shannon specializes in color corrections, Brazilian blowouts, and is tape-in extension certified in Babe Hair Extensions.
Brie began her hair career as a salon manager in Scottsdale, Arizona and fell in love with hairdressing. At just 20 years old, she found herself inspired by how happy each client was by the time the left and decided she wanted to be the reason. Since moving to California, she has worked her way up the coast, expanding her knowledge and techniques for effortless blends, and has finally brought those skills to us here in Studio City! After 8 years behind the chair, Brie is a balayage and hair extension specialist, certified with the Habit salon method.
With over twenty-five years in the beauty industry, Abdon’s passion and commitment never ceases to shine as he continuously inspires clients and peers alike. His career in hairdressing started in Orange County before he moved to Los Angeles. He dedicated himself to receiving more advanced training and education from top industry leaders such as Vidal Sassoon, Tigi, Sebastian and other hair care companies to master his talents and skills. Abdon began to expand into other medias, and found himself working onset for television, magazine, and photo shoots.
Abdon dedicated five years of Research and Development of products for SEBASTIAN haircare line. Soon after, he dedicated 10 years to being a Global Artistic Team member at I.C.O.N. LINE, working as a Master Coach and Stylist. Here, he contributed his talents by teaching and conducting seminars on both national & international scales while still maintaining and servicing his clientele.

Kayla has always been passionate about fitness and beauty. Backed by education from Paul Mitchell, Goldwell, and Schwarzkopf, she has a wide variety of coloring skills from highlights and balayage, to gray blending.
Turning her passion into a business has given her the opportunity to help people discover their own beauty. Kayla’s specialty focuses on coloring. However, her skills range from women’s cuts (wet or dry) to men’s grooming, using only her shears.

As a child, Svetlana had a passion for hairstyling. Always loving beautiful art, she decided to pursue her hairstyling career at Marinello School of Beauty in 2008. Shortly after receiving her license, she moved on to manage Envy Salon and Spa in Sherman Oaks. After two years of learning all the ins and outs of salon management, she was ready to get on the floor. This is when she took a big step and decided to join Salon True.
After one and a half years of assisting Elia Monvel (CEO of Salon True) and being educated with L’Oreal Professionals and Kerastase, she is now an independent stylist who is continuously seeking to better educate herself and go above and beyond expectations. She excels with blowouts and uses her own philosophy to bring color alive.
From a unique talent to a deep passion, Lynette Nersisian never dreamed that her love for beauty would ever become her career of choice. With talents that stream back more than 15 years, she realized God had sent her the gift and deep passion for beautifying at the mere young age of 16. As a young girl, it was the little things that made her smile. Moments where she picked up a paint brush or lifted a pencil ultimately invited beauty and aesthetics into her life.
Her educational background includes a bachelors degree in computer engineering and business administration, far from anything she is currently practicing right now. Still she finds it is true what they say, “do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”. And, that, she did. Her experience in training as a makeup artist allowed her to work with many notable artists in the industry and create some of the most sought-out brow shapes in the community.

With this specialty, she transforms the frames of unique and individual faces every single day. In addition to being a highly skilled brow specialist, Lynette also unites her knowledge of makeup artistry to educate how certain products can enhance the appearance and shape of one’s brows.
From a young age, Andreia always had a love for beauty and fashion. To channel this, she has been working as a stylist and color specialist for the past seven years. To further her career behind the chair, she has taken education classes with Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Koleston Perfect, Kerastase, and Redken. In the past few years, Andreia has had the opportunity to work on, and gain experience through editorial photo shoots, fashion shows, music videos, and live theatre. Her styling skill and attention to detail has brought in several high profile clients, along with both morning and evening anchors from NBC and CBS. She continues seeking education and inspiration by attending regular education classes and takes pride in being a lifelong learner for the benefit of both clients and her own personal development. She refers to herself as a perfectionist at heart and guarantees to always take the time to achieve the look her clients seek.
Avik began his career as hair stylist in Moscow in 2002 at the famous Dolores Academy. Three years later he won awards from Wella Congress Trend Vision, impressing everyone with his innate talent and artistry .
Avik moved to Los Angeles in 2008 and attracted a loyal group of clients who appreciated the special attention he gave to creating the most flattering and fashionable hair styles. He attributes his success in hair design to his on-going educational pursuits and passion for his profession.He is a proud graduate of the Vidal Sassoon Academy, and institutes in New York which focused on the newest cutting and coloring techniques. Avik’s determination to excel in the beauty industry has been recognized and appreciated by instructors, peers, and clients alike.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ernesto has never felt the pull to leave his beautiful city. In 1994, he began his career at Allen Edwards and has worked in the Studio City and West Hollywood area for the past 11 years.
Ernesto received advanced training at the world-renown Vidal Sassoon Academy, where he continues his on-going education.
Specializing in hair cutting, coloring, color weaving, and extensions, Ernesto’s work has brought him several high-profile clients including television personalities Carrie Ann Inaba, Ana Garcia, and Hena Schmitz. Ernesto was also the hairdresser for the Emmy award-winning KCET show, “A Place of Our Own”. Today, Ernesto enjoys working alongside other talented hairdressers in the stimulating and motivating atmosphere of Salon True.
The beauty world has been nothing less than a lifestyle for Alex. Following in her family’s footsteps, she rapidly became one of L.A.’s top hair stylists. In the industry for over 15 years, Alex trained with Irving Rusk, Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell, and Davines. She’s traveled the world to hair shows in Las Vegas, New York, Italy and Argentina. Specializing in men and women’s haircuts, color corrections and the Yuko Straightening system, Alex prides herself on professionalism, talent and excellent service.
Born and raised in Europe, Milena’s talent for art and her sense of beauty was touched by the “Old European Spirit.” She opened her own hair design salon in Bulgaria in 2001, but the winds of destiny brought her to Los Angeles for a long stay. Striving for the best, Milena has undergone advanced training from Fredric Fekkai Salon, where she worked alongside Fredric Fekkai, himself. Fashion shows and special events have become a part of Milena’s weekly routine. In her list of celebrities are Misha Barton, Jill Henessy, Carmen Electra, Brooke Burke, Anna Kornikova, Julie Chen, and many more.

Before she was allowed to wear makeup, Nicole found herself using anything available to draw on her own face and others. She quickly realized that the face was her favorite canvas and begun to follow her passion. Obsessed with color, fashion and art, Nicole believes that makeup is a never ending learning adventure and is constantly researching latest trends, products, and educating herself by taking classes that can add to her craft.
Born and raised in LA, Nicole has been immersed in the makeup industry since 2002, whether in a salon, at a photo shoot, in fashion week, a red carpet event, or a coastal wedding.
Although she has been privileged to work with some of LA’s most talented, her favorite locale is at Salon True, where she has built a clientele of loyal followers. Nicole believes eyebrows are the most important feature on the face and, when done right, completely transformative.
